To have a passion for something is to have an intense interest or strong feeling of excitement about it. You think about it at all hours of the day and night, in the shower, driving the car, and other irrational places to have random thoughts.

They say when you can find a way to make money doing something you love, you will never work a day in your life, or something like that.

Don’t Give Up Or Quit!

Find happiness in everything you do. Make every day an adventure and you will never know boredom. This, grab the bull by the horns, approach is also what keeps you from giving up on things too soon.

Passion means fighting for what you love, what you find fun, or what lights your soul on fire. To paraphrase Mike Tyson, You Can Not Fail If You Do Not Quit. His actual quote is, “You never lose until you actually give up” -Mike Tyson

You are never too young, or too old to learn something new. Those who adapt, survive. Take for example a grandma got a computer and had to learn how to do email. Then she got a cell phone and had to learn how to answer it. Or in my case, my husband got a smart TV and I had to have the littles turn the dumb thing on. Changing the channel, that’s a whole other learning curve.

Now here I am learning how to build a website and write a blog. Who knows what’s next, maybe I’ll figure out how to end world hunger. The fact is it all starts with learning something new.

Focus On The Journey Of Your Passion

Learning something new can take you on a completely different path in life, one that you never expected.

By continuing to learn something in an area you already know something about leads you to Expertise. In order to achieve expertise, it is said you should do something until you know it so well that you don’t even have to think, you just do.

Passion is the long game. If you focus on the journey instead of the destination, the destination will take care of itself by default, and before you even know it you will have achieved your long-term goals.
